Richard
Girouard, President of Girouard Associates,
Inc. has been building homes for over 30 years. Having won numerous
awards for his work, Richard builds luxury homes which are rich
in "Old-World" architecture and tradition but designed
to suit modern tastes and lifestyles.
Richard's confidence in his work is evidenced
by his building many new homes on a speculative basis. His years
of experience in the southern Connecticut market enables him
to know what today's home-buyers desire in a new home. Thus,
nearly all of his speculative homes sell prior to completion.
Girouard Associates, Inc. builds between 14 to
16 new homes per year using a team of seasoned professionals.
Most of Richard's subcontractors have been with him for more
than 15 years. "Everyone works well as a team and works
well with each other" explains Richard. "They know
what my expectations are and that's how we achieve the high
quality and detail that our customers require."
